Born in Hamilton Ontario 19….. 😉
I moved from Pembroke Ontario to Edson Alberta in 2007 with my husband Scott and our beautiful daughter Deanna. In 2012 we were blessed with a second amazing daughter Willow.
I was introduced to clay in high school. We started off with sculpture. It was not until we moved out here that I was introduced to wheel throwing. Took a 6 week class here in Edson in 2015 and have not stopped. There is so much to learn and try with pottery. I prefer making functional pottery, but I still enjoy making it unique.
My main muse for my ideas is nature.
You can find my work at the Red Brick, The Galloway Museum, and of course here at The Heart of Edson Gallery. I do some custom work.
